Three ways in: ring, send a photo, or write

The same business answers the phone, the WhatsApp and the email. Which one to use depends on what is happening at your door right now.

Which channel, for what

Channel	Use it when	Not for
+34 678 583 290	You are shut out, the door will not lock, someone has forced it, the car is locked with the keys inside. Answered at any hour, every day.	Long written quotes.
+34 678 583 290	A photo of the lock or the safe, a short video of a slider, your location as a pin. Good for booking planned work too.	Anything that cannot wait for a reply: ring instead.
[email protected]	A written quote, an invoice in a company’s name, several doors in a new block to plan.	Lockouts. The inbox is not watched at night.

On the phone

The part of the municipality and the street, or the name of the house in the countryside.
Which side of the line, if you are in El Mojón: Pilar or San Pedro del Pinatar.
Which door: the gate, the street door of the block, the front door, the terrace slider, the storeroom.
What it is doing: shut with the keys inside, locked and keys lost, key stuck or broken, will not lock.

Practical

Languages	English and Spanish, on the phone, in messages and on the invoice.
Hours	The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Planned work is booked in normal hours.
Payment	Cash, card or Bizum.
Price	Agreed with you once the lock has been seen, before any work starts. No prices are published here.
Premises	None open to the public. It is a mobile service: the work is done at your door.

Shut out at this moment? Do not read on: ring, or see how a call-out works. Who is behind the number is on the about page.

The area and the street, then what the door is doing. A photo answers half our questions.
