A mobile locksmith business for Pilar de la Horadada, run on a handful of rules that do not change with the hour or the address. Here they are, with what the business does and what it never does.
The business in a few lines
- Mobile. There are no premises open to the public; the work is done at the door, the car or the safe.
- Where. The whole municipality of Pilar de la Horadada, from Pinar de Campoverde to El Mojón, plus San Miguel de Salinas and Campoamor. Every part, by name.
- When. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; planned work is booked in normal hours.
- Languages. English and Spanish. No others are offered.
- Experience. 22 years in the trade.
- Payment. Cash, card or Bizum.

Rules
Five rules for every job
- No invented arrival times. You get an honest estimate for your address at that hour. Being reachable at night is not the same as being at your door in ten minutes, and nobody here will pretend otherwise.
- The price is agreed before the work starts. Once the lock has been seen, the options are explained and nothing is touched until you agree.
- Gentle first. Latch, then cylinder, then the drill, and the drill only with your consent.
- Proof of the right to open. A door, a car or a safe is only opened for someone who can show it is theirs, or who has the owner’s confirmation.
- A written record. An invoice that says what was done and fitted, and a note with photos after a break-in.
Never
What this business does not do, ever
It is a locksmith for doors, locks, safes and locked cars. None of the following:
- No key cutting, key copying or duplicate keys, for any lock
- No extra keys of any kind: not for a house, a gate, a garage, a storeroom or a mailbox
- No car keys: none cut, supplied, replaced or programmed
- No transponder chips and no remote fobs for vehicles
- No repairs to ignition switches or ignition barrels
- No keys for motorbikes, scooters or vans
