If you call us, have the contract to hand. ### The key is in the car but the battery of the remote is flat. Can you open it? Yes, the door can be opened. What happens with the remote afterwards is between you and a dealer or auto-electrician; nothing is done with car keys or fobs here. ### A dog is shut in the car in the sun. What do I do? If the animal is in distress, call 112 at once: that comes before any locksmith.
